Welcome to the NAWIC Triangle Chapter! On behalf of the National Association of Women in Construction – Triangle Chapter, I am honored to welcome both our new and returning members. Whether you are joining us for the first time or continuing your journey with NAWIC, you are part of a powerful community of women and allies who are shaping the future of the construction industry right here in Raleigh and across the Triangle.

Our chapter exists to support, educate, and advocate for women in construction and just as importantly, to create a place where you are seen, supported, and encouraged. Construction is a demanding industry, and none of us should have to navigate it alone. NAWIC is where we connect, learn from one another, and build relationships that extend far beyond the jobsite.

This year, our focus is on strengthening those connections, expanding professional development opportunities, and continuing to raise the visibility of women in our industry. From networking events and educational programs to outreach and mentorship, every gathering is designed to help you grow both personally and professionally.

To our new members: we are so glad you’re here. Your voice, perspective, and experience matter, and we encourage you to jump in, get involved, and make this chapter your own. To our returning members: thank you for your continued dedication, leadership, and heart for this organization. You are the foundation that makes our chapter thrive.

Together, we are not just building careers, we are building a community that uplifts, empowers, and opens doors for women in construction across the Triangle.
